We present you a complete smart apartment in Sofia, in which we have installed 80% of the functionalities of our cable BUS system for home automation .
In this wonderful home with the interior of a luxury yacht, smart keys are installed in accordance with the wishes of the client, the designer and the interior colors. The smart apartment is also controlled by tablets, which play the role of smart remotes, which are always by your side when you need them. We control a number of light circuits (LED strips, dimmable lighting fixtures according to DALI, 0-10V and 220V), external roller blinds with rotation of the slats. We have built separate audio areas in the master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, children's room and yoga room with the ability to stream from Spotify, listen to online radio or select songs from a local server of the client. The maintenance of the perfect temperature is carried out by water floor heating and heating radiators, air conditioners for cooling, and the management and control is carried out by a single application - iNels home control. It is possible to adjust schedules as well as switch from winter to summer mode. Last but not least, for the safety and security of this wonderful smart home, we have built an alarm system that is controlled by a mobile phone (for adults) or by a remote keychain type (for children).
The functionalities of the smart apartment include:
Control of air conditioners and room convectors;
LED lighting control:
LED strips via DALI protocol;
Dimming, switching on and off a luminous, stretch ceiling;
Dimmable concealed LED lighting;
LED lighting of kitchen cabinets with sensors for open / closed;
Lighting in illuminated ONIX walls;
ON / OFF lighting;
Management of external roller blinds and internal curtains. Possibility for automatic control from meteorological station. A stage has been created in which in case of strong sun and lack of presence in the premises, the curtains and blinds can be lowered automatically.
An audio system has been built throughout the apartment through "LARA AUDIO";
Control of kitchen appliances and the possibility of disconnection from the smoke sensor;
Laundry room control and possibility to disconnect from a flood sensor;
Control of ironing equipment and switching off the socket, the iron;
Control of instantaneous water heaters and blocking the inclusion of other, powerful consumers when using them;
We will measure the consumption of electricity and water by means of sensors and our specially developed software;
Heating control;
Meteorological station for climate monitoring and management of the apartment according to the comfort of the owner.
