For this site, we designed and built a wireless RF home automation system with the following features included:

• Climate control control of water-floor heating with gas boiler. Room thermostats have been added in each room for more precise temperature setting. Ability for schedules and remote control from a mobile phone and any Smart device.

• LED lighting control:

  • LED strips;

  • Dimmable LED lighting;

  • LED lighting of kitchen cabinets with sensors for open / closed;

  • Low night, directing to WC lighting, by motion sensors, activated only when you get out of the bedroom;

  • ON / OFF lighting;

• Management of curtains and horizontal interior blinds. Possibility for automatic control from meteorological station. A stage has been created in which in case of strong sun and lack of presence in the premises, the curtains and blinds can be lowered automatically.

• Built "LARA video intercom" system together with " 2N ", connected to the "smart house" and the application.

• An audio system has been built in the kitchen through " LARA AUDIO "

• An access control system has been built. Remote opening and unlocking of garage door and front door.

• Switching on and monitoring of emergency boiler, electricity.

• Control of kitchen appliances and the possibility of disconnection from the smoke sensor.

• Laundry room control and possibility to disconnect from a flood sensor.

• Control of ironing equipment and switching off the socket on the iron.

Different scenes are to be created at the client's request. Some of them are "Scene Cinema", "Scene Friends", "Scene Goodnight Scene", "Scene Coming Home" and "Scene Going Out".
